Eric Hagman CBE
Eric Hagman is Non-Executive Chairman of Argyle Consulting Ltd.
He is a former Non-Executive Director of Baxters Food Group and former advisor to Buzzworks Holdings Ltd.
Eric previously served as Senior UK Partner of Arthur Andersen, one of the world’s leading professional services firms at the time. During his executive career he advised major corporates and institutions across the UK and internationally, building extensive experience in governance, strategy, and economic development.
He has held a wide range of board and advisory roles across listed companies, private businesses and public bodies. These include Chairman of Matthew Algie and Aon North Ltd, and Director of British Polythene Industries plc, Celtic plc, Scottish Rugby Union plc, Scottish Enterprise, CBI Scotland, Scottish Financial Enterprise and The Scottish American Investment Trust plc. He also served on the UK Regional Advisory Board of UBS Wealth Management, was President of the Royal Glasgow Institute of Fine Arts and Treasurer of the Royal College of Art for 12 years, for which he received a Senior Fellowship.
He was appointed CBE in 2004 for services to economic development in Scotland.
